Arthur Polton, Principal of Clifton Elementary, joins Hannah for her Right Decisions, Right Now presentation.

 
3 Right Decisions, Right Now Presentation at Herndon Middle School (Herndon)
Hannah was invited to present "Right Decisions, Right Now" by the Girls Group at Herndon Middle School.  After her presentation, the young ladies held a reception for her.  Thanks to Theresa Cooke, Guidance Counselor, for coordinating Hannah's visit.

10 VDIC Roanoke Regional Luncheon (Roanoke)
Hannah is pictured with Hollins' President Nancy Gray and Toni McLawhorn, Director of Career Services at Roanoke College.  Toni also serves as the Pageant Administrator for the Miss Virginia Pageant.  Hannah was the keynote speaker at the Virginia Foundation for Independent Colleges' Regional Luncheon held in Roanoke.
12 Miss Wheelchair Virginia Pageant (Fishersville)

Congratulations to Rose Williams, the new Ms. Wheelchair Virginia!  Hannah was joined by several of Virginia's local titleholders at this wonderful event

 

17 Chick-fil-A Princess Night (Harrisonburg)

The Chick-fil-A in Harrisonburg invited Hannah to join them for Princess Night.  She read stories and visited with lots of princesses from the Shenandoah Valley.  She was joined by Elizabeth Crot, Miss Hampton Roads, and Caitlin Uze, Miss Greater Springfield, both students at James Madison University.
 


 

17 Kluge Children's Rehabilitation Center 50th Anniversary Tea (Charlottesville)


Hannah was invited to the 50th anniversary celebration at Kluge Children's Rehabilitation Center at the University of Virginia.  This hospital is one of our 5 CMN hospitals that serve Virginia.

5 Right Decisions, Right Now Presentation at Mountain View Elementary (Haymarket)
Hannah spoke to nearly 1000 students at Mountain View Elementary in Haymarket.  She is pictured with Kirsten Fisher, Principal and Donna Cole, Guidance Counselor.  Jake Gruninger, son of Miss Virginia's Business Manager, Wendi Gruninger, said Hannah was "AWESOME!"

13 Right Decisions, Right Now Presentation at Glade Spring Middle School (Glade Spring)

Hannah completed her 40th "Right Decisions, Right Now" presentation at Glade Spring!  Thank you RJ Reynolds for such an amazing program!

14 Pebble Creek Charity Golf Tournament (Roanoke)
Pebble Creek Apartments hosted a charity golf tournament and invited Hannah to join them.  Part of the proceeds went to the D-Day Memorial.  Hannah is pictured with a few of our veterans and with Susan Hubbard, Property Manager at Pebble Creek.
17 "Polished" at Hyland Heights Baptist Church (Rustburg)

Hannah was invited to be the keynote speaker at this purity retreat for girls.


Hannah and Carrie Dunbar, our first Miss Chesterfield who assisted with "Polished".

Hannah was invited by the Martinsville Rotary Club to speak to community leaders about the importance of helping teenagers to make smart choices about relationships in order to address a trend of higher teenage pregnancy rates.

7 Pepsi's 100th Anniversary Celebration (Charlottesville)

Hannah was invited by one of our scholarship donors, Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of Central Virginia to be a part of their 100th anniversary celebration in Charlottesville.

  
 
The Blues Brothers were the featured performers. 

 Hannah met Meadowlark Lemon, one of the original Harlem Globetrotters,

and a Hollins graduate whose family owns Pepsi-Cola.

9 Woodville School SCA Ceremony (Richmond)

Hannah was invited to speak to the students and parents of Woodville Elementary School on the importance of good school attendance.  She was invited by Daryl Roselle and the school's SCA.  Special thanks to the City of Richmond Police for sponsoring Hannah's visit.


 

10 Miss Virginia's Outstanding Teen/Preteen Dinner (Hampton)


Hannah joined Hilary Moyler, Miss Virginia's Outstanding Teen, Dominick Fink, Miss Virginia's Outstanding Preteen, and Linda Haas, Director of the teen and preteen pageants, for dinner celebrating a wonderful year.

Hannah joined Executive Director Emily Huff and her titleholders at a golf tournament to benefit the pageant's scholarship fund.
